On July 23, to deepen education on the spirit of the Central Committee's Eight-Point Decision and advance the “Study, Inspect, and Reform” initiative through practical enterprise support, the Zhengzhou Municipal Development and Reform Commission organized a research team led by Deputy Director Zhang Yi, Fourth-Level Researcher Wang Xudong, and Deputy Director Qin Fei of the Youth League Industrial Office. The delegation visited Lumaotong to conduct the “Study, Inspect, and Reform: Enterprise-Based Policy Observation Tour.” This research focused on the current status and pain points of Zhengzhou's “top four” enterprises, aiming to precisely target efforts to promote high-quality enterprise development. Zhao Wuli, General Manager of the Strategic Development Department at LMT, Hu Fangfang, Assistant to the General Manager, and Kong Fanqi, Finance Manager, accompanied the delegation during the visit.

During the visit, the delegation sat down with LMT representatives for an in-depth exchange. Starting with the company's fundamentals, they inquired in detail about its operational status and core business layout, paying particular attention to practical challenges encountered in current development. Both market expansion bottlenecks and resource coordination obstacles became focal points of the discussion.
Drawing from practical experience, Zhao Wuli, General Manager of LMT's Strategic Development Department, candidly shared challenges encountered during the company's growth. These included both industry-wide issues and unique corporate needs, providing concrete references for the government to implement targeted policies.
Addressing the company's requests, the delegation offered immediate positive responses: “We will systematically review every issue, coordinate with relevant departments for prompt resolution, and ensure no problem is left unaddressed.” They further emphasized that logistics serves as a vital pillar of Zhengzhou's economy, pledging continuous efforts to optimize the business environment through concrete measures that “unshackle and reduce burdens” while “empowering and strengthening” service enterprises.

This visit not only established direct communication channels between government and “top-tier” enterprises like LMT, ensuring their voices are heard firsthand; but also allowed government departments to gauge the “true pulse” of enterprise development, providing clear direction for subsequent policy formulation.
LMT stated that it will seize this research opportunity to proactively overcome current challenges with government support, striving for higher-quality development and injecting greater vitality into Zhengzhou's economic and social progress.
