As Christmas and New Year's holidays approach, multiple countries and regions will observe statutory holidays. Consequently, services including port operations, customs clearance, container pickup, cargo unloading, and international courier delivery will undergo adjustments. To ensure smooth cargo transportation and avoid delays, LMT has compiled this holiday service schedule. We recommend planning your shipments in advance. Thank you for your understanding and support!
Christmas - No container pickup available from December 24 to 26, 2025
New Year's Day - No container pickup available from December 31, 2025 to January 1, 2026
I. Kazakhstan Road Port Closure Notice
Independence Day: December 16–17, 2025 – Alashankou and Bakutu Road Ports closed
New Year's Day: January 1–2, 2026 – Alashankou and Bakutu Road Ports closed
II. European & UK Customs Broker Holiday Arrangements (Christmas & New Year)
Holiday Period: December 25, 2025 (Thursday) 12:00 PM - December 26, 2025 (Friday)
Holiday Period: December 31, 2025 (Wednesday) 12:00 PM - January 1, 2026 (Thursday)
Impact: Customs clearance services suspended during the above periods
III. International Express Holiday Arrangements

No unloading during public holidays: December 24–26, 2025 and December 31, 2025–January 1, 2026
DHL
December 24–28, 2025 and December 31, 2025–January 1, 2026 are public holidays with no unloading during these periods.
France
UPS
December 24–26, 2025, and December 31, 2025–January 1, 2026 are public holidays. No deliveries will be made during these periods.
United Kingdom
DPD
December 24, 2025 (Wednesday) - December 26, 2025 (Friday), December 31, 2025 (Wednesday) - January 1, 2026 (Thursday): Closed. Services suspended during these periods.

Impact: No unloading or delivery services during these periods
IV. Oversized Item Service Adjustments
Suspension Period: Pre-Christmas and New Year holidays
Impact: Oversized items arriving during this period will be processed after service resumes on January 7, 2026.
