On September 19, the 7th China-Asia-Europe Expo opened in Urumqi, Xinjiang.
The theme of this Expo is "consultation, co-construction, sharing and cooperation to the future". For the first time, it is held in the "online and offline" mode to establish a new digital trade platform for the exhibition industry with the effective combination of "cloud exhibition e-commerce, 861 enterprises from 24 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), Xinjiang production and Construction Corps and 14 prefectures and cities in Xinjiang, as well as 32 countries (regions) from Asia, Europe, Africa and the Americas, participated in the exhibition. Eight exhibition themes, including digital and high-tech equipment, public epidemic prevention and health care, were set up in the commodity trade exhibition area to fully demonstrate Xinjiang's open and confident image and inject new impetus into Xinjiang's economic take-off.

President Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory letter to the 7th Asia-Europe Expo. Xi Jinping pointed out that the Eurasian continent is full of development vitality and potential and is a key area for international cooperation in the joint construction of the "Belt and Road. In recent years, Xinjiang, China, has given full play to its geographical advantages, actively promoted the construction of the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt, promoted connectivity, mutually beneficial cooperation and common development between China and countries in Asia and Europe, and achieved positive results.
The 7th China-Asia-Europe Expo held the signing ceremony of various key investment promotion projects. The online promotion meeting and signing ceremony of investment promotion in Yili Prefecture was held as scheduled. Road Trade International Logistics Service Co., Ltd. and Horgos Economic Development Zone signed a strategic cooperation-to build the fourth logistics channel of the Belt and Road Initiative. Lu Qingwang, head of the Xinjiang region of Road Trade International Logistics, and Zhen Fei, member of the Party Working Committee of Horgos Economic Development Zone, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of China Merchants Bureau, attended the ceremony on behalf of both parties.

It is reported that the main contents of this cooperation are: actively make use of the advantages of the Khorgos Comprehensive Protection Zone and the air and land bridge of the China-Kazakhstan Cooperation Center, build and operate the overseas warehouse of the China-Kazakhstan Cooperation Center, reduce costs and increase efficiency for enterprises, and help Chinese enterprises go to sea. At the same time, we will jointly build overseas warehouse, customs clearance, card transfer, TIR international card transfer and other businesses in Europe to provide one-stop comprehensive services for global cross-border trade import and export enterprises. The project is expected to achieve an industrial value of 0.3 billion yuan.
Lu Zhanqiang, president of Lumaotong International Logistics, said that Lumaotong International Logistics has been deeply engaged in multimodal transportation in the industry for many years. This contract is based on the advantages of location, policy, customs clearance and logistics of Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture and Horgos Economic Development Zone, and makes full use of the advantages of Lumaotong International Logistics Resources to build a logistics distribution base for import and export goods in Central Asia, China, Russia and even Europe, and Russia, empowering Chinese enterprises to the world.
